2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery within South Africa takes 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

4. Do you offer returns?

Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Longevity depends on the fragrance type and skin chemistry. Eau de Parfum (EDP) fragrances typically last 6–10 hours or more.
